In order to confirm the booking you need to pay a deposit agreed by email with our customer service (usually is 20% on the total amount). You can pay the deposit with your credit card or through PayPal (if you have a PayPal account). Once received your deposit we will confirm your booking by email within 24 hours. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation must be ask by email. The date of the cancellation request will determine the restitution of the deposit. Cancellation policy for Tours and transfer Services: – Cancellation 7 days or more before the service: the entire deposit of 20% of total price will be paid back to the customer. – Cancellation less than 7 days before the services : the entire deposit of 20% will not be paid back to the customer. If the client ask to cancel a reservation due to the bad weather or to any other personal reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances) within 7 days before the services, the deposit of 20% of total price will NOT be paid back to the customer. The client must know that we will provide our services (Tours and Transfers) despite bad weather. If the client wants to change the date of the service, the company could allow it according to our vehicles availability.
